Swanage restaurant awarded Dorset’s Most Accommodating Dining Venue 2019

LUXlife Magazine Restaurant & Bar Awards has announced Bliss Food Co as Dorset’s Most Accommodating Dining Venue 2019.

The Restaurant & Bar Awards reveals the best establishments offering sumptuous cuisine from across the globe. From artisan kitchens to innovative street cuisine, and gourmet restaurants to quaint cafes, showcasing individuals and enterprises who offer outstanding gastronomic delicacies.

Commenting on the success of the award winners, Edward Faulkner, coordinator said: “It is with great pride that I offer my congratulations to all of my deserving winners and wish them the best of luck for the future.”

Sally Poole and Lou Condie (pictured) opened Bliss Food Co Restaurant in October 2017 – after working together with a successful catering business in and around Swanage for over 14 years.

The quality of their food combined with the team’s customer service has resulted in Bliss Food Co regularly sitting at the number one spot on TripAdvisor as well as receiving recognition from international awards.

The restaurant specialises in freshly prepared, homemade, locally sourced food; with local suppliers including; JJ Moore Butchers, Hayman’s Bakery, Purbeck Ice Cream and Swanage Dairy. Whilst their fresh fish is supplied by a local fisherman and Poole based fish merchant.
